DESCRIPTION:Sponsor: Ms. Forquer \nThe Senior Awards Assembly will be held in the MLWGS Auditorium on Monday\, May 13 at 1PM.  \n \nHere is how we hope the day unfolds…\n \n-We’re hoping that the AP Calc exam will conclude by 12:30PM…there could be some exceptions.  \n \n-At 12:40PM\, seniors will be photographed (wearing college shirts) on the steps facing Lombardy.\n \n-At 12:50PM\, seniors will be dismissed from the steps to the (front seats) of the Auditorium.\n \n-At 12:55PM\, an announcement will be made to dismiss 9th graders (with their belongings) to the (back rows) of the Auditorium; they will observe the Senior Awards Assembly.\n \n-The Senior Awards Assembly will run from 1PM to approximately 1:42PM.\n \n-Around 1:42PM\, freshmen will be released from the Auditorium to 7th block class.\n \n-Soon after arriving to 7th block\, an announcement will be made to dismiss 11th graders to the (front seats of the) Auditorium; their belongings should remain in 7th block.  \n \n-Around 2PM\, an announcement will be made to dismiss 10th graders to the (back rows of the) Auditorium; they will observe the distribution of Junior Book Awards\, and their belongings should stay back in their 7th block classroom.\n \n \n \n\n-We expect the Junior Awards Books Assembly to end at 2:45PM—10th and 11th graders will be dismissed to their 7th block classrooms at that time.
