–Please leave any makeup assessments in the testing lab mailbox no later than 3:00 on the day they are to be made up.
—Write your name at the top of every assessment so that we can return it to the proper box. If possible, write the student’s name as well.
—Leave a note with any unique instructions such as calculator vs. non-calculator, timed sections, etc.
Completed assessments will be returned to your boxes at the end of the day. Unclaimed assessments will be stored in your folder in a locked cabinet in lab 201 until completed.
