MLWGS Scholar-Athlete of the Week April 8, 2024 (wk #10)- Softball Anu Ramesh

Anushri Ramesh (’26, Henrico)

Maggie Walker Softball is honored to announce Anu Ramesh as Scholar Athlete the week. “Anu spends her time in the infield as the starting shortstop and currently has a .562 BA, with 1 double, 1 triple, 4 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Anu’s OBP .650 while her SLG is .750 and her FP is .1000,” said her coach Diamond Jones.

Anu not only excels on the field but also in the classroom with straight A’s. Anu is involved in numerous extracurricular activities such as We Play Too, where she assists Richmond City Public Schools in operating sports clinics as well as Model UN and Debate.
