Senior Awards Assembly (Auditorium)

The Senior Awards Assembly will be held in the MLWGS Auditorium on Monday, May 13 at 1PM.  

 

Here is how we hope the day unfolds…

 

-We’re hoping that the AP Calc exam will conclude by 12:30PM…there could be some exceptions.  

 

-At 12:40PM, seniors will be photographed (wearing college shirts) on the steps facing Lombardy.

 

-At 12:50PM, seniors will be dismissed from the steps to the (front seats) of the Auditorium.

 

-At 12:55PM, an announcement will be made to dismiss 9^th graders (with their belongings) to the (back rows) of the Auditorium; they will observe the Senior Awards Assembly.

 

-The Senior Awards Assembly will run from 1PM to approximately 1:42PM.

 

-Around 1:42PM, freshmen will be released from the Auditorium to 7^th block class.

 

-Soon after arriving to 7^th block, an announcement will be made to dismiss 11^th graders to the (front seats of the) Auditorium; their belongings should remain in 7^th block.  

 

-Around 2PM, an announcement will be made to dismiss 10^th graders to the (back rows of the) Auditorium; they will observe the distribution of Junior Book Awards, and their belongings should stay back in their 7^th block classroom.

 

 

 

-We expect the Junior Awards Books Assembly to end at 2:45PM—10^th and 11^th graders will be dismissed to their 7^th block classrooms at that time.
