The Visual and Performing Arts Department at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School will be hosting two events highlighting leading contemporary African American artists. The first will be held during lunch this Friday, February 4th, in the Black Box theater and will feature the artist, Kara Walker. The event is open to all MLWGS students, faculty, and staff.
