Dear Dragon Nation,
We have once again made it to the Winter Break! This school year has been such a blessing compared to a year ago. While we are so grateful to be back together again, it hasn’t been without its challenges. Perhaps even more than ever, we should welcome a break where we can disconnect from the routines and stresses of school and try to just rest!
This time of year is a good time to reflect upon our lives and to take stock of what we have, especially following a period of time where so many have suffered in so many ways. I think that when we take a good look around, we will find that we still have so much for which to be thankful. It is easy to lose sight of the good when all one sees on the news is so depressing, but our MLWGS kids are still going to have a huge impact on the future, and that is worth celebrating!
