Please join us in congratulating Steve Ross and his Latin students for their outstanding performance at the Latin Convention last week.
Arnav Kadambi (’25-Henrico) and Michael Klausner (’25-Chesterfield) took first prize in Latin Grammar– a titanic accomplishment. Michael also took first in Advanced Derivatives. Additional first-place winners were Samantha Schappert (’12-Chesterfield) for Reading Composition/Advanced Poetry, Sriram Panchagnula (’26-Henrico) for Reading Comprehension, Level 3, Shaivi Shankhwar (’28-Henrico) for Elementary Derivatives, and Ishaan Patankar (’28-Henrico) for Mottoes 1. Mr. Ross’s charges also earned nine second-place finishes and 15 third-place finishes, in addition to a host of other honors.
