MLWGS Regional School Board Meeting on Thursday, October 20 @ 9:00 am

The Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School Regional Board meeting will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 9:00 am.  Location: MLWGS, Room 153.

At this meeting, the board will review the schools’ current financial reports and personnel changes. Business action items include approval of updated and new policies and regulations, and an international trip proposal to Spain 2023. They will also review the strategic plan status. 

During their first read items, the board will review audit reports, an international trip proposal to Canada in 2023, and a new course proposal for academic year 2023-24.

Persons unable to attend in-person but wanting to address the Regional School Board during the public comment period are invited to use this form exclusively by 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 19, 2022.  The Board Clerk will be on medical leave and not available in October to receive comments via email.
