Prospective Student Assessment for Charles City, Chesterfield, Hopewell, Petersburg, Powhatan, Prince George, New Kent & Richmond – Saturday, February 4th

Students report no later than 7:45 am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Students arriving after testing begins may not participate in this assessment session.

Only bring pencils for testing. Scratch paper will be provided. The use of electronic devices (calculators, cell phones, etc.) is not permitted during testing.

A break is built into the morning agenda that includes provided snacks (water available from fountains) for all testing students by the MLWGS PTSA.

Please make arrangements for student transportation pick-up promptly at 1:00 pm. Parents should plan to either pick-up their child(ren) in the student parking lot on Lombardy Street or await your student(s) in the auditorium.
