Student Assessment for Goochland, Hanover, Henrico and King & Queen – Saturday, January 23rd

Please report no later than 7:45am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00am. Students arriving after testing begins may not participate in this assessment session.
Only bring pencils for testing. Scratch paper will be provided. The use of electronic devices (calculators, cell phones, etc.) is not permitted during testing.
There will be a break for which you may bring or purchase snacks.
Be certain to make arrangements for transportation promptly at 1:00pm. Parents may wait for students in the cafeteria or the auditorium.
In case of inclement weather, please check local television and radio stations for announcements.  Snow Date: Saturday, February 6th.

If you are unable to attend the assessment session on the assigned date, please contact the Gifted Coordinator of your local school division, NOT Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School.
Changes in the assessment date are approved only when necessary or in emergencies.
