Budget Development Town Hall Public Comment Period

Speech and debate teams 2026

This is not a Regional School Board Meeting

Date: Wednesday, December 2, 2015           Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Location:  MLWGS Forum

 The Budget Development Town Hall public comment period shall not exceed (90) minutes.  Each speaker will be allotted three (3) minutes to make his/her comments.  Individuals representing groups will be allotted five (5) minutes.

All speakers are encouraged to provide an email address and leave a copy of their comments with the Board’s Clerk.

Citizens must schedule their appearance with the Board’s Clerk (Barbara Marshall at [email protected]) no later than 10:00am on the day of the town hall meeting.

Protocol Guidelines for Participation

Speakers should state their full legal name.

Speakers must confine their comments to Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School budget development only.

Speakers will not be allowed to campaign for public office, promote private business ventures, engage in personal attacks of anyone, or use profanity or vulgar language.

Citizens may express their views in writing in lieu of any oral presentation by providing their remarks to the Board’s Clerk.

Hearing-impaired persons may contact the Regional School Board Clerk in advance to make arrangements for an interpreter.
