Speech and debate teams 2026

Juniors Sanjay Anup and Aditya Badhrayan received recognition from Lakeside Elementary School in Henrico for their contributions last summer to Lakeside’s robotics program.

“The thoughtful decisions you made regarding the competition and the choice of robots demonstrated a keen understanding of both the educational and practical aspects of the Vex Robotics experience,” said Monique Brown, Lakeside Innovative Learning Coach. ” Your ability to instruct a small group of students with patience and clarity played a pivotal role in their learning journey.”

Ms. Brown was also impressed by your investment of a significant amount of time and energy into this project, all while maintaining your own academic responsibilities.

Be proud, Dragons! You’ve made a difference for some young learners.
