2016 Metro Richmond STEM Results

Congratulations to MLWGS senior Camille Yoke for taking 1st place in the Earth and Space Science division at the Metro Richmond STEM Fair this past weekend. Camille also won the grand championship to advance to the Intel Internal Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). In May, she will take an all-expenses-paid trip to Phoenix, Arizona to compete at the symposium.

Camille’s research was on antipodal focusing of asteroid impacts which also won her four special awards from the Air Force, the Navy, the Richmond Astronomical Society, and the John B. Fenn Fund.
