The Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School chapter of Mu Alpha Theta cordially welcomes Dr. Richard Hammack, Professor of Mathematics at Virginia Commonwealth University, as its speaker during a formal induction ceremony of new members on March 9, 2016 in the auditorium. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a reception afterwards.
Dr. Hammack will speak about “The Fourth Dimension,” an informal introduction to four dimensional geometry, using paintings by Dali as a point of departure.
