The Bet on Jazz event we are hosting will benefit the Moore Street Foundation.
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, 25 April.
The morning sessions will be Jazz clinics led by the Quentin Walston Trio from Maryland. Middle school jazz bands and our jazz ensembles will benefit from lessons and feedback. Big shout-out to Nick Merillat for organizing the logistics at Maggie Walker. And special thanks to Dr. Lisa Williams for supporting and helping to organize this effort.
Then, get ready for this: a concert from 12 PM to 1 PM by the Quentin Walston Trio, open to the public for a $20 suggested donation.
Come out for a great cause on the 25th!
