Every year, the Visual Arts Center of Richmond in conjunction with the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards and Blick Art Supplies recognizes educators who help support their students in creating artwork and written work and support them in submitting to the awards.
This year, the VACR is presenting one of the Blick Outstanding Regional Educator Awards to:
- Jeff Hall – Maggie Walker Governor’s School
Coach Hall will be recognized at the Gold Key Ceremony, which will be virtual this year.
