This week ten Math Modeling teams of four students each are competing in the High School Mathematical Contest in Modeling (HiMCM).  The HiMCM offers students the opportunity to compete in a team setting using mathematics to present solutions to real-world modeling problems. The HiMCM is designed to provide an activity that also improves mathematical problem-solving proficiency as well as development of writing skills.

The MLWGS faculty advisor for Math Modeling is Dickson Benesh.

Good luck to our teams!
