Students may request verification for their community service hours by submitting their supervisor’s email in their x2vol account, or they may request their supervisor’s signature on the Maggie Walker Community Service Verification Form that tracks their volunteer hours. If using the paper form, students should upload it into their x2vol account by scanning it or taking a photo of it and then completing the electronic submission form. The supervisor does not need to respond to an email from x2vol if the student chooses to use the paper form. Only use one form per organization. Students may also upload certificates given by the non–profit agency where they volunteered. Submit hours within 60 days of an activity.
