After a two-year absence from the stage, the MLWGS Drama Program presents its spring musical production, CHICAGO: HIGH SCHOOL EDITION, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 21-23 at 7:00 pm. Specially revised for high school performers, this legendary show by Bob Fosse, John Kander, and Fred Ebb takes the audience to the Windy City during the Roaring Twenties, where wannabe showgirl Roxie Hart is arrested for murder and must compete with chanteuse Velma Kelly for the life-saving assistance of attorney Billy Flynn. Full of song, dance, comedy, celebrity, crime, glamour, and all that jazz, CHICAGO brings the heat back to the MLWGS Auditorium!
