Message from the School Counseling Department

The counseling department would like our Maggie Walker families to know that we are thinking about our community during this unsettling time. While we miss seeing students, we want you to know that we are still working (albeit from home) to help support students.

Counselors and Ms. Ebeling will be checking their email from 8:30am -3:30pm Monday-Friday. Typically, we try to reply within 24 hours or the next business day but due to an increase in emails, please be aware that our response may be delayed. We will not have access to the phone in the building so please utilize email to communicate.

We plan to send information and resources to students through Naviance blasts and Schoology. Please visit our MLWGS Counseling COVID-19 page for resources (https://sites.google.com/a/gsgis.k12.va.us/mlw-school-counseling/covid-19-resources).
