Would you do just about anything for a thousand bucks? Nathan Detroit would too. When he bets Sky Masterson $1000 that he can’t take the very religious Sarah Brown to Havana Cuba, Sky, who loves a good gamble, agrees. Nathan is sure he’s won the bet, until something unexpected happens: love is added to the bet. Follow the story of one unlikely couple, and one who’s been together 14 years, all connected through gambling and lies, at MLWGS Drama’s production of Guys and Dolls.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 2/29-3/2, at 7pm.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for students and alumni, and free for faculty and staff. Buy in advance at https://gofan.co/app/school/VA7818?activity=Performing%20Arts or with cash at the door.
