Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and features a bevy of beautiful showgirls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people. The 2005 Broadway production won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and was followed by two successful West End runs.
Drama Club Sponsor Carol Piersol and Maggie Walker Drama Department are thrilled to announce their production of the Broadway musical Monty Python’s Spamalot!, directed by renown local director Foster Solomon, Musical Director Roy George, Choreographer Aza Raine, Set Designer, Rebekah Barnett, Technical Director Henry Gizzi, and Set Construction Dan Giorgis, this show features a talented cast of Maggie Walker students.
