MLWGS team wins the VHSL Film Festival State Championship in Narrative

“Please join me in congratulating Tyler DeHaven and his crew on becoming STATE CHAMPIONS in their category at the VHSL Film Festival today! Their narrative film “The Scarecrows” truly impressed the jurors and the audience,” said their sponsor Ms. Amanda Lemco.

Congratulations to Tyler DeHaven-’26-Hanover, Isaiah Jones-’26-Richmond, Peter Yanovitch-’26-Chesterfield, and Henry Erda-’26-Charles City (although Henry was not able to attend in Charlottesville this past Saturday).
