MLWGS students from Peer Mentors, NEHS, The Creative Writing Club, and Ms. Williams’ creative writing class attended the Library of Virginia’s Literary Luncheon and Awards Celebration. Many local authors were recognized, and poet Nikki Giovanni was honored as the recipient of the Literary Lifetime Achievement Award.
