MW Debaters advance to the state tournament

This weekend, Ms. Celie Boswell, our sponsor, traveled with the fantastic Debate Team to Tabb High School for the Super-Regionals. We are proud to announce that several of our debaters will be advancing to the State Tournament on April 18th at Randolph-Macon High School!

Super-Regionals Results: 

  • Kyra (Theo) Chukin, ’28-Chesterfield – 3rd Place in Lincoln-Douglas Debate (States Bound)
  • Uma Raju, ’29-Chesterfield – 6th Place in Lincoln-Douglas Debate
  • Jackie Liang, ’28-Henrico & Kritika Goel, ’28-Chesterfield – 1st Place in Policy Debate (States Bound)
  • Madeline Radcliffe, ’27-Chesterfield – Congressional Debate States Alternate
  • Navya Agarwal, ’27-Chesterfield – Congressional Debate States Bound
