Student winner at Rich STEM FairPerisa Ashar (’21-Henrico) won 2nd Place in the competitive category of Cellular and Molecular Biology for her research presentation “In-Vitro Patch Clamp Study of the Ih Current in Mice Thalamus Neurons Including Finding Novel Biomarkers for Autism Spectrum Disorders.” Perisa will next present her research at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in May at Phoenix, AZ.
