On February 15, 2025, the Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School Speech Team competed in the Regional Tournament at Brentsville District High School, accompanied by Erin MacPherson, sponsor. Our team came in 2nd in the Region!
Students placing in the top 3 of their categories will represent the region at Super-Regionals on March 1st at Lafayette High School. Students placing 4th in the category are alternates should the top three competitors no longer be able to attend.
