National Student Leadership Week April 22-26, MLWGS Seeks Student Input

Student leaders make significant contributions to the climate and culture of their schools and communities, and it’s important to celebrate that! National Student Leadership Week (NSLW) is an annual theme-based week dedicated to recognizing and supporting the vital role of student leaders.  Since 1972, the national office of National Honor Society, National Junior Honor Society, and National Student Council have sponsored NSLW.  This year’s theme is “Student Leaders: Taking Charge.”

Maggie Walker students are asked to tell us about 1) what they think is the most important problem facing our community, and 2) share their suggestions to solve that problem. With their response, we will capture their thoughts, suggestions, and words into a WordCloud.  The WordCloud made from student input from 2018 is attached to this post. Students can access the question form here

NSLW 2019 is being celebrated April 22-26.
