Rising Freshman Language Proficiency Assessment, Saturday April 18th

In order to register for Levels 3, 4, or Pre-AP of French, German, Latin, or Spanish, incoming freshmen  must complete a written language proficiency assessment.  The assessment allows our language teachers to place students in a language level in line with their zone of proximal development.  The evaluation will take place at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School on Saturday, April 18th at 10 o’clock. Please arrive no later than 9:45 in the Blue Stone Lobby (Elizabeth Street).  The assessment will take no longer than one hour.  Please make every effort to be here so that registration will run smoothly on April 27th.  If you are unable to attend, please contact the chair of our International Language Department (Dawn Grois) at [email protected].
