Senior assembly on Tuesday, October 17 with the Herff Jones Representative

Herff Jones will be on campus during lunch in the auditorium on Tuesday, October 17 to discuss the new ordering process for caps, gowns, announcements, and other graduation-related paraphernalia.  Rather than collecting measurements at school and having the items shipped to the school for distribution, students/parents will be given a form to fill out online so that items can be shipped directly to the home.  This new process will also allow students to only purchase the items that they need.  For example, if your senior had a sibling graduate in a previous year and still have their cap and gown, students can go online and just purchase the tassel.

We are requiring ALL SENIORS attend the meeting during lunch (11:45 – 12:15) to understand the new process and bring information home to parents to complete the order.

If you have any questions, you may contact Ms. Sheppard, the graduation coordinator, and she can help put you in touch with our Herff Jones representative.  Her email address is:  [email protected] .

This new process will help reduce errors in orders and allow items to be delivered directly to your door.  We hope you’re as excited as we are about this change.
