All MLWGS 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students must complete this form by Monday, February 1st, 2021, to secure their spot to return to Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School for the 2021-2022 school year. Failure to return the form may result in the loss of enrollment and the loss of tuition paid by the home school division.
