teacher appreciation week logoSince 1984, the National PTA has designated one week in May as a special time to honor the men and women who lend their passion and skills to educating our children.

Teachers change the lives of millions of children every day, and their work and impact extend far beyond the boundaries of the classroom. Join us for Teacher Appreciation Week to #ThankATeacher for all that they deliver to our children.

Thank you to Winnie Brown and the MLWGS PTSA who have the following food events planned during the week:

Monday:  sandwiches with salad, chips, and cookies
Tuesday:  breakfast with donuts, fruit, bagels, and coffee
Wednesday:  boxed lunches and or Lee’s chicken
Thursday:  chipotle taco bar
Friday:  pizza and salad

Educators at MLWGS are in it for the right reasons and believe in their students’ abilities and potential; we appreciate all that they do every day for our community. Thank you!
