Walker golf swings into first place

The golf team traveled to Greene Hills Country Club yesterday for their sub-regional competition. The Dragons triumphed over Goochland, Culpeper, William Monroe, and James Monroe to secure first place. “It was epic!” said Coach Mike Brown. “Yes, I am a little excited and extremely proud of this team.”

This is the first time the Dragons have won this tournament, and they have qualified for the regional tournament next week in Front Royal.
