Walker Quiz Bowl sends (4) teams to the VCU Tournament

Maggie Walker Quiz Bowl sent four teams to compete at VCU’s Fall Invitational Tournament this past Saturday and brought home trophies! 

Our ‘A’ team finished second overall in the tournament and our two JV teams won 1st and 3rd in the JV bracket.  In addition, Risshi Naavaal (’24-Henrico), Brenden Stremler (’25-Chesterfield), Christopher Langford (’24-Chesterfield), Franklin Heyming (’24-Richmond), David Lins (’26-Chesterfield), Davis Voelzke (’25-Henrico), and Lex Smirnow (’26-Richmond) all took home individual awards.
