Walker Quiz Bowl team goes undefeated in regional tournament

On Saturday, February 10th, the top eight quiz bowl teams in the region came to Maggie Walker to compete in the regional VHSL Scholastic Bowl tournament.  Our students Sam McNamee (’24-Chesterfield), Timothy Porter (’24-Henrico), Yash Saxena (’24-Henrico), and Brenden Stremler (’25-Chesterfield) finished the day with an undefeated record, coming in first place and earning a spot at the state tournament in Williamsburg later this month. 

Cheer our team on as we defend our state championship title on February 24th!
