MLWGS Scholar-Athlete of the Week February 12, 2024 (wk #6) – Girls Swim Elizabeth O’Shea

@patientfirst

Elizabeth O’Shea (’25 – Chesterfield)

Elizabeth O’Shea is a Junior captain on the Maggie Walker Girls swim team.  “Since Elizabeth was a freshman, she has consistently been a top competitor in the 200 Free and 500 Free at the State level, and helped the team become State champions in 2022 and 2023,” said swim coach Heather Kemmerly.  “Not only is Elizabeth talented in these two events, but she is either 1st or 2nd fastest on our team this year in all events except 100 Breaststroke, which she has not swum.”  She is also coached by Deanna Gulick.

Elizabeth is a swimmer you can count on to do well, no matter what you ask her to do.  We are looking forward to her successes next year as a senior.

We send our gratitude to Patient First for supporting Walker Athletics!
