Prospective new student assessments on Saturday, January 29th

Dragon Welcome

On Saturday, MLWGS is the host site for prospective student assessments, this year being conducted in two separate sessions on this date.  Students and their families were notified by mail which session they are scheduled to attend (morning or afternoon).  

Important: Anyone entering the building must wear a mask. Parents are asked not to enter the building to avoid crowding. 

Students for the morning session report no later than 7:45 am; doors will open at 7:30 am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 am and students arriving after testing begins may not participate in this assessment session. Please enter the building through the front doors at the top of the steps on the Lombardy side and proceed directly to your testing room. Only bring pencils for testing. Scratch paper will be provided. The use of electronic devices (calculators, cell phones, etc.) is not permitted during testing.

Students for the afternoon session report no later than 12:45 pm; doors will open at 12:30 pm. Testing will begin promptly at 1:00 pm and students arriving after testing begins may not participate in this assessment session. Please enter the building through the front doors at the top of the steps on the Lombardy side and proceed directly to your testing room. Only bring pencils for testing. Scratch paper will be provided. The use of electronic devices (calculators, cell phones, etc.) is not permitted during testing.

Two times have been established for student pickup after testing. Parents, please arrive at the designated time: 

  • Students testing on the  second floor (200 room numbers) will be picked up at 11:15 am and/or 4:15 pm
  • Students testing on the third floor (300 room numbers) will be picked up at 11:25 am and/or 4:25 pm

All students will be released from the North exit of the building to the student parking lot (facing toward Route 95/64).

The snow date for testing is Saturday, February 5th. Should you need more information or are unable to attend the assessment session, contact your home division coordinator. In case of inclement weather, please check local television and radio stations for announcements or mlwgs.com.
